Bob helped us understand the four S's of success- survival, stability, success and significanceand helped us understand and define the processes and systems needed to move up easch step in that ladder. He took un, in many areas, from surviving and thinking we were actually doing great to actullay doing great. Bob transformed our company, how we looked at building and servicing our customers, and how we developed our sales team. He literally was the perfect ingredient we needed to go from a good company to a great one. I also believe is not for the help Bob gave us we never would have built the company to the financial success we did. That has enabled me to sell my interests and move into a new phase of my life. Bob did that for us, and i will be forever grateful. It is worth the investment to build to your bigger future. If you don't double your profit, is suggest you are not listening. He knows what he teaches and his knowledge can change your life, be grateful fir the experience to pay him, it really is worth every cent!

Bobs Boot Camp was a real eye opener. After being in sales roles most of my adult life, I am of the opinion that this is the best "job specific" training I have had the privilege in attending.
Even though I am in another  country and we may have some new home market differences, the basic principles that Bob taught me has enabled me to implement a process and modify to suit our Australian market. It also made me realize that Customer service and sales are generally the same and that Australia really needs to be more professional in how we sell new homes at the same level of the United States.
